In short
- No accounts, no advertising and no tracking cookies. We do not follow you across sites.
- Visit statistics are measured without cookies and only in aggregate; we do not know who you are.
- You give us personal data only when you fill in the contact form or e-mail us.
- We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.
- We do not show a cookie banner, because only cookies strictly necessary for security are used.
1. When you visit the site
The site is a static website running on Cloudflare infrastructure. On each visit the server briefly records your IP address, country, browser type and request time for security and troubleshooting. These logs are kept for at most 30 days and are not used for marketing.
Visit statistics use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies, leaves no identifier on your device and does not store your IP address; it only produces aggregate data such as which pages were viewed and how often.

These cookies are strictly necessary for the site to operate securely and do not require consent under the Turkish Data Protection Authority's cookie guidance. We use no optional cookies or third-party tracking code (ad pixels, social plugins, session recording). The one exception is a theme entry in your browser's local storage that remembers your chosen appearance (light/dark); it contains no personal data, is never sent to the server and is removed when you clear browser data. If that changes, this page will be updated and your consent requested where required.
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; blocking the necessary cookies may affect bot verification on the contact form.
3. Contact form and e-mail
In the form you share your name, e-mail address, optionally your company, and your message. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated submissions. Your message is converted to an e-mail by our server and delivered to the info@aydinfo.com mailbox hosted on Google Workspace; form data is not stored in a separate database.
We use your message only to reply, prepare a quote and schedule a call. If it does not lead to a contract, correspondence is deleted within 2 years of last contact.

These providers' servers may be located outside Türkiye; transfers are made under Article 9 of KVKK and data processing agreements with the providers. See section 5 of the Personal Data Notice for details.
5. External links
The site links to platforms such as LinkedIn, X, Instagram and Threads. These links only open the platform in a new tab when clicked; no social media plugins are embedded in our pages. After you click, that platform's own privacy policy applies.
6. Children
The site is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal data from children. Participation of under-18s in training programmes is possible only through, and with the consent of, a parent or guardian.
7. Your rights and contact
You can exercise your rights of access, correction, deletion and the other rights under KVKK as described in the Personal Data Notice. For any privacy question write to info@aydinfo.com.
