Assign the task, watch it progress
The task module of Supply Management. Work that gets lost in chat threads and spreadsheets lives on one board: who is doing what, by when; which job is late, which one is done.
Create, assign, track
A manager defines the task and assigns it to a person or a team. The assignee updates the status from mobile and adds photos and notes. A reminder goes out as the due date approaches, a warning when it slips; the full history stays on record.
- Manager: opens a task with title, description, priority, due date and checklist; assigns it to a person or team.
- Assignee: accepts the task, ticks off steps, attaches photos and files, marks it done.
- Team lead: sees the load on the board, reassigns, changes priorities.
- Everyone: follows their own task list and notifications on mobile.
