One calendar for company vehicles

The vehicle module of Supply Management. "Is the car free?" should not turn into a round of phone calls: the employee books from the calendar, the manager approves, mileage and fuel are recorded at key hand-over. Who used which vehicle and when is always clear.

Request, approve, hand over

The employee enters the date-time range, destination and purpose. The system prevents conflicts, the manager approves and assigns a suitable vehicle. At pick-up and return, mileage, fuel level and any damage photos are recorded; fleet admin is alerted as maintenance and inspection dates approach.

  • Employee: sees available vehicles on the calendar, opens a booking request with date-time, purpose and destination.
  • Manager / admin: approves or rejects, assigns vehicle and driver, resolves conflicts.
  • Driver: records mileage, fuel and photos at pick-up and return; attaches expense receipts.
  • Fleet admin: follows maintenance, inspection, insurance and tyre schedules in one list.
